Cheryl Packwood

Cheryl Packwood commits to utilising her lifetime of international executive experience and legal expertise to serve the people of Bermuda. She gained her honours B.A. in History from Yale University and was awarded her J.D. by Harvard Law School, where she served on the Board of Student Advisors.
Cheryl practised first with the New York firm of Shearman & Sterling before moving onto an extended period of international law practise in the Côte d’Ivoire. These experiences have made Cheryl passionate about ensuring access to legal representation to people of all walks of life.
As the overseas representative for Bermuda to the US and the CEO/Deputy Chairman of Business Bermuda, she has developed businesses globally on Bermuda’s behalf.Cheryl is particularly passionate about organizational transformation, new business venture start-ups, and international financial centre development.
She believes that now more than ever, each Bermudian, from all walks of life must come together to contribute to the development of the country.
