Leighsa Darrell-Augustus

Leighsa Darrell-Augustus is committed to the enrichment of young people. She has served in various capacities with entities that support family life. She has dedicated not only her mind, body and spirit to these endeavours but has also brought considerable organizational and managerial strengths to them as well. She has provided extensive instruction to young people in areas such as Leadership, Drug Education & Prevention, and Personal Development.

Leighsa is also a leader in the tourism and hospitality industry, having organized various club programs for youth at both Belmont and Marriott Castle Harbour. While there, she used her expertise as an events planner and project manager to enrich the experiences of families who visited our island, and, in turn, gained valuable insight into what makes coming to Bermuda an unforgettable and positive experience.

Leighsa holds a B.Sc. in Business and Commercial Recreation from Montclair State University and was awarded her MBA from American InterContinental University in Atlanta,
